Responsibilities
* Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointments, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection, and administrative duties relating to patients.
* Assist podiatrist with the provision of treatment and patient examinations.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service.
* Provide assistance to the Clinic Manager/Patient Service Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
* Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
* Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as stationary/drug/consumable ordering/stock-take.
* Perform sterilization-related work.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Possess at least a "O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred. Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply. There will be on-the-job training given.
* Team player and motivated individual.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
* Confident in handling administrative work using Word/Excel, computer systems, and mobile apps.
* Clinic operating hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm; the incumbent has to be able to commit to 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday (5 days work week).
