Position
Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our
team. As a Bartender at Angus Steakhouse, you will craft delicious cocktails,
provide exceptional service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and
thrive in a fast-paced bar environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare
and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
* Engage
with guests to provide recommendations and ensure their satisfaction
* Maintain
cleanliness and organization behind the bar area
* Monitor
and manage inventory levels and stock rotation
* Handle
cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
* Adhere
to all health and safety regulations and alcohol laws
* Collaborate
with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Previous
experience as a Bartender or mixologist in a high-volume bar
* Strong
knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
* Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability
to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Attention
to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Flexibility
to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

to £15.94 after probation- inclusive of tronc
