About the role
We are looking to recruit a Digital Experience (DX) Project Manager to help us deliver a transformed digital experience for our supporters, colleagues, and operations at WWF-UK, in a critical decade for the future of the planet.
As a DX Project Manager, you will join our team to help us plan and deliver a significant digital systems investment programme (including CMS and related digital capabilities). You will collaborate with project teams working across all our systems projects to coordinate plans, interdependencies, and risks. We will look to you to oversee the successful delivery of each phase of this programme, from supplier selection and onboarding through to discovery, build, and Go Live. We will need you to solve problems, keep an eye on risk and issues, communicate and manage change, and ensure users are trained to make the best use of new systems. You will also keep us on track, closely managing budget and timelines.
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience of successfully project managing digital system implementations (e.g. CMS, DXP, personalisation or marketing automation systems)
* Used to managing multiple stakeholders across business units with different needs & audiences
* Experience of using a range of project management techniques/software
* Experience in managing digital transformation projects is an advantage
* Excellent communication, influencing, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
* Confidence with planning and managing project budgets, timelines, reporting, and managing risks and issues

The salary for this role is £42,573 pa. We also offer a full benefits and rewards package including:

This role is hybrid and you will be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. The Living Planet Centre is one of the greenest buildings in the UK, and you will hot desk among trees and gardens.
