Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL DO – Work to deadlines to deliver key reports for UHS pathology services using your information analysis, development and reporting skills. Respond to system issues and data quality errors identified in our systems progressing identification of the root cause to resolution, working with colleagues and supplier vendors via their customer portals, adhering to change management processes and procedures. Communicate with team and other service clients at times of change or service issues. What We’re Looking For - Ability to concentrate using your intermediate IT skills to create reports using established methods and formats on a weekly and monthly basis (Intermediate MS Excel experience required). Essential knowledge and experience of NHS patient-based systems and the interaction between them, Data Quality and management and Data confidentiality and associated regulations. Good communication, confident with all levels of staff, flexibility of approach to work, good time management skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, improvement ethic for processes and procedures.
