They are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in hygiene management who can lead their sanitation operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programs in line with HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP standards. Plan and oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities. Lead, supervise, and mentor the hygiene and yard teams, promoting best practices and high standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training where necessary. Investigate hygiene-related incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken and documented. Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to align hygiene practices with operational needs. Stay up to date with industry trends and implement improvements to hygiene processes and systems. Requirements: Experience in hygiene or sanitation management within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
