Rowley Hall Primary is a friendly 3 form entry school with a committed, caring, and enthusiastic team of staff.
We wish to appoint an innovative, confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a wealth of experience working within a busy school setting. You will be based in KS 1, working with and supporting all staff in years 1 and 2. You would be expected to support whole class activities as well as smaller Phonic and intervention groups. Holding a Paediatric First Aid certificate would be an advantage, but training would be expected alongside Epi-pen training. We are looking for a confident team player who holds a good attendance record and has a calm but assertive approach.
The post is a Fixed Term Maternity Cover position and will commence upon full satisfactory clearances.

Successful candidates will be interviewed by the Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher, and the School Chair Governor.

Hours: 26.75 hours per week, Tues-Friday 8:15am - 3:30pm (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)
Grade: Grade E, SCP 18, £29,269 - Actual Salary £18,963 - £19,370 p.a.
