We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner MINI Tamworth.
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will work with a team of skilled customer service professionals to guide and train you to deliver the exceptional service levels expected at Sytner. You will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
We are looking for someone with a background in customer service who has worked in a fast paced retail environment. The rest we can develop in-house whilst you are working alongside our Service Advisors.
