My client, an innovative and rapidly expanding broadband company, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide professional and timely support across a variety of customer enquiries, including accounts, products, billing, and basic technical diagnostics. They are looking for someone who thrives in customer service!
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding promptly to a broad range of customer queries through multiple communication channels, offering timely and professional solutions.
* Keeping customers informed at regular intervals when follow-ups are necessary or when arranging service engineer appointments.
* Performing basic triaging of customer connectivity issues to determine the appropriate next steps, such as escalating to technical support or scheduling service engineer visits.
* Assisting potential customers in understanding products and packages, promoting the brand effectively.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the right resources are engaged to meet customer needs.
* Suggesting relevant up-sell/cross-sell products that could enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong communicator with a passion for engaging with customers and leaving a lasting impression.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills across various media and devices.
* Ability to take ownership of customer issues and ensure a successful resolution.
* Positive, self-motivated, highly organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong listening skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
