Key Tasks:
* Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare management accounts, oversee cost centre reporting, ensure balance sheet accuracy, and manage cash flow forecasting. Support audits, stock valuations, and financial consolidations while providing key insights to the management team.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Support audit and tax processes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage treasury functions, and optimize cash flow. Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to strategic financial planning.
* Ad-hoc Support: Assist Finance Managers with analysis and reporting as needed.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
* Qualified accountant.
* Previously worked within a team and be able to highlight an ability to work collaboratively.
* Excellent organisation skills and very diligent.
* Thrive within a fast-paced environment and have the desire to match the business growth ambitions.
* An interest in health and fitness is preferable.
