Recruitment Assistant band 3 - 30 hrs per week:
To support the delivery of an efficient & effective recruitment/onboarding service for Bromley Healthcare for both substantive & bank staff recruitment, this role has a particular focus on Domiciliary carers for Bromley Healthcare Care at Home where you will be recruiting domiciliary carers. The role will involve advertising vacancies, answering queries from applicants, arranging interviews, assisting all candidates through pre-employment checks including coordinating training prior to starts, offering face-to-face support if required, arranging start dates, and onboarding ensuring a smooth transition into the role for applicants. The Recruitment Assistant will also be required to work alongside the head of recruitment and wider recruitment team with regards to the TRAC recruitment system ensuring compliance with the Bromley Healthcare recruitment process and NHS pre-employment checks for all positions Bromley Healthcare is recruiting to.
Interviews to be held week commencing 21st April 2025.

£28,622 to £30,225 a year inclusive of HCAs pa pro rata.
