Job Description
The Role
Brayleys Cars Limited, a rapidly growing and ambitious business in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced, dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team at Nissan Wolverhampton located just outside of the city centre. You will play a key role in driving sales and overseeing the operations of a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
This is an exciting time to join our team and business as we embark on an imminent refurbishment of our Wolverhampton dealership, set to begin in late January. This investment will enable us to attract a larger customer base, exceed customer expectations and further solidify our presence in the region, offering significant opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
What does a typical day involve?
1. Day-to-day management of the team of vehicle sales executives
2. Motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards
4. Ensuring that the highest standards of presentation both inside and outside of the showroom are in place at all times
5. Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high
7. Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
8. Collating finance proposals for customers
Required Skills and Experience
Previous Nissan experience is preferred, although this isn’t essential and full training will be given. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:
