Job Purpose: Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the post-holder will be responsible for delivering site works to company and client expectations. Duties and Responsibilities Follow all reasonable instructions and requests from the Site Supervisor and other members of the management team. Ensure you follow the company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to health and safety, quality, environmental etc… Maintain a safe and tidy working environment including wearing full PPE, at all times. Conduct yourself in the correct manner displaying professionalism, respect, and integrity. Undertake general construction and maintenance tasks as requested by supervision and management. Work in line with company and client expectations with regards to hours on site. All deviations from agreed working patterns to be agreed with management in advance. Report all Health, Safety, and Environmental accidents and issues to the relevant management personnel immediately. Skills and Experience ESSENTIAL EUSR Water Hygiene Card. (training will be given). Certificate in Confined Spaces. (training will be given). Certificate in Manual Handling. (training will be given). Possess a conscientious and positive attitude to work. Be self-motivated and can complete daily tasks with minimum supervision. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely, following relevant training. Ability to follow instructions and accept personal responsibility. Ability to act on initiative, particularly in respect to Health & Safety and reporting relevant matters. Demonstrate good driving skills in company vans, where driving will be monitored and tracked. Willingness to attend training courses, as and when required. Willingness to travel and work away from home, as and when required. Possess a full driving licence
