Contract Supervisor – Up to £50,000 Commercial Car (with private use) & Bonus Situation: Ford & Stanley are delighted to be partnered with a company specialising in external maintenance and environmental services across the UK on their search for an experienced Contract Supervisor. Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, the Contract Supervisor will play a crucial role in delivering arboriculture, landscaping, ecology, biodiversity, and minor civils projects for clients working on the National Highways Strategic Road Network (SRN). Your leadership will be key in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, while prioritising safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Work closely with the Contract Manager to survey sites and assess the scope of work. Assist in the planning and organisation of project tasks. Prepare and review safety-critical documentation Oversee and coordinate all site operations to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide guidance and support to delivery teams across multiple sites. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site. Collaborate with contract managers, engineers, and clients to develop effective project solutions. Support procurement and maintenance of materials and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects meet quality standards and specifications. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Address site-related challenges proactively to maintain project progress. Ensure accurate and timely site reporting to the Contract Manager. Essential Criteria To Secure An Interview: Proven experience in construction sites ideally within infrastructure or SRN projects SRN Knowledge Relevant construction certifications Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Salary & Package: Up to £50,000 Commercial car (with private use) & discretionary bonus Hybrid working role (if applicable) Extensive benefit package Monday – Friday working hours (flexibility) – 40 hours per week.
