Salary: £45k to £55k package (depending on experience)
A key commercial management role to help grow our client’s business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding commercial support for the company.
2. Manage Estimating and Customer Account Management.
3. Ensure adherence to the procedures throughout the Commercial Department.
4. Oversee workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
5. Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to provide the highest levels of customer support & service.
6. Assist as necessary with supply chain management.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
2. Strong written & verbal communication skills.
3. Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing.
4. High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills.
5. IT literacy and numeric capability.
6. The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry-based technical processes.
7. Technical awareness of our service offering and the ability to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities.
