As a Patient Pathway Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our clinical team and patients, playing a key role in ensuring that patient pathways run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the department's administrative functions, contributing to the overall patient experience and ensuring that care is delivered in a timely, coordinated manner. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills and a passion for healthcare administration. You will work closely with Consultants, Nurses and other healthcare professionals, helping to streamline processes and make a positive impact on patient care.
