As an Audience Development Coordinator at Sony Commercial Group you will support the audience development team across content creation, asset management, community management, owned platforms and more across our eclectic roster of iconic artists. Your focus will primarily be across our post-2000 repertoire, alongside heritage artists. The role is focused on building and implementing community strategies, creating content for our artist and label channel campaigns and assisting the wider team in the audience space, helping to drive audience engagement, loyalty and advocacy with fans and mass audiences. You will report into the ‘Head of Content and Audience Development’ and work as part of the Digital Marketing Team within Commercial Group. We are a group of strong marketeers who look after the Sony Music repertoire that is older than 42 months, focused on driving new and exciting discovery paths to our incredible artists. What you'll do: Content Creation: Building and delivering creative static assets and short form video content for our artists channels including socials, DSPs, CRM and websites to support the team’s artist projects. You’ll devise and edit content yourself and content should aim to drive fan engagement and work towards the wider project’s objectives. You’ll assist on artist content shoots with the Audience Development manager. Community Management: Launching and maintaining dedicated social channels to showcase and celebrate our artists, genres and key moments, building and nurturing relationships with existing fan bases and new fans. Moderating and engaging our fan communities across the likes of Discord, Reddit, WhatsApp and beyond. CRM assistance: working on owned channels (CRM, Websites) including updating artist websites and assisting the team with any website builds. You’ll be supporting the team to create content for our artists newsletters and devising content strands to engage the audience and build the artist’s first party data. Social assistance: Creating content for artists socials and assisting the team with scheduling and asset delivery. Ad hoc digital assistance across the team.
