HR Business Partner We are working with leading employer based in Dungannon, to recruit for a HR Business Partner to join their team. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for: Leading employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. Providing expert guidance and align HR strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted partner. Partnering with managers to design and implement HR strategies for learning and development, health and wellbeing, reward and recognition, talent management, employee engagement and retention. Driving initiatives and projects which foster a strong and inclusive workplace culture. Leading organisational change, organisational design and succession planning initiatives. Ensuring compliance with Article 52 and Article 55. Supporting leadership in fostering a high-performance work environment through providing training and coaching to colleagues. Developing and continuously improving HR processes to enhance efficiency, including supporting with the effective implementation of an HR system. Leading and supporting wider HR projects and initiatives that will drive the HR Business Plan. Producing HR KPIs reports (headcount, absenteeism, leavers, etc.) Keeping HRIS system up to date. What youll need to succeed in the HR Business Partner role: 3 5 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role. Degree level qualification and CIPD qualification Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
