Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement brand promotion strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness of overall marketing direction
2. Maintain close communication with clients, comprehending content needs and efficiently processing feedback
3. Spearhead art concept design and review, including image selection, style control, and revisions
4. Oversee copywriting strategy and content review, ensuring quality through necessary edits and proofreading
5. Conduct regular creative project reviews, evaluate performance, and plan future initiatives to continuously optimize creative output
6. Pitch concepts to senior team members by means of innovative presentations
7. Constantly liaise with clients during a project regarding progress, issues, and changes
8. Ensure that projects are completed within time, scope, and budget and in accordance with client expectations
9. Aid in the hiring, managing, and motivating of a creative team
Requirements
1. A creative mind to invent innovative concepts and campaigns
2. Strong leadership to ensure that all stakeholders work towards a common brand or project vision
3. Excellent time-management and organisational skills, as they often work on multiple projects simultaneously
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in advertising and design
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
6. Knowledge of relevant software programs, for instance, graphic design packages
7. Good presentation skills to present effective pitches
8. A solid understanding of the commercial aspects of an agency or marketing department
