A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join our Winchester Office.
This dual role will include meeting and greeting visitors, co-ordinating meeting rooms, and other front of house duties, as well as providing administrative and secretarial support to teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls.
2. Courteously greet and interact with visitors to the premises.
3. Manage room and hospitality booking.
4. Diary management and planning.
5. Office stock ordering.
6. Processing post.
7. Administration and secretarial support to the legal teams.

1. You are a professional communicator who enjoys being customer facing.
2. You have strong attention to detail and an organised approach to your work.
3. Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.
4. Pride in delivering quality work.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
