Revenue Manager/FP&A Manager

We have partnered with a well funded B2B SaaS start-up who operate in the pet space. They are looking to hire a Head of Revenue to play a critical role in guiding their financial strategy, revenue optimisation and overall fiscal responsibility.
This role requires expertise in financial modelling, strategic revenue analysis, and effective financial forecasting capabilities to sustain and accelerate their growth trajectory.
What you'll be doing:-
* Develop and maintain advanced financial models to guide strategic decisions and fundraising efforts.
* Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to improve business performance and profitability.
* Oversee revenue management, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial transactions and payments.
* Enhance revenue strategies to drive profitability while ensuring alignment with key business goals
* Lead cash flow forecasting to maintain liquidity and ensure efficient resource allocation.
* Support fundraising initiatives by preparing financial documents, investor presentations, and in-depth analyses.
What we are looking for:-
* Ideal profiles will have proven accounting experience from a well recognised accounting firm i.e Big Four.
* Prior experience in revenue management, finance or FP&A at a Series A or later stage start-up.
* You will have a strategic approach to finance and will be used to working with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment.
* Prior involvement in and the ability to introduce innovative financial management and revenue optimisation practices.
