Job summary Clinical charge nurse /Sister to work in ward 32 Gastroenterology. The Successful candidate will be supporting the ward manager in the day to day management of the department. You will be working along side junior nurses and senior staff members in ensuring that high standard of care are being delivered to patients Ward 32 Gastroenterology is composed of a 35 bedded unit (Allocated to inpatient admission) with 2 day-case beds (Allocated for day procedure). Main duties of the job A shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the Gastroenterology department. The post-holder will deputise for the department manager as required. You will be expected to take some clinical and admin role to support the department during your shift.
