In this role as an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons and creative activities. Build relationships with students and staff Create a safe and fun learning environment for children Encourage expected behavior and act as a role model for children The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have: Experience working with children with SEN in an education or care setting (desirable) A calm and patient manner. Personal care, moving and handling and BSL experience (desirable) Sensitivity and understanding.
