Pay: £13.66 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Position Overview:
BTS and Bolton College have a great opportunity for a Education Support Worker to join our dedicated Learner Support team. Our Learner Support function is critical in our mission to enable all learners to get the absolute best out of their education, no matter their challenges. If you’re caring, patient and have a passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support learners with various challenges to learning to gain the most out of their classes.
* Guide and develop learners alongside their EHCP plans.
* Work with learners who may have SEN (Special Education Needs).
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Experience of working as a Learner Support Assistant.
* Level 2 English & Maths qualifications.
