Key Job Roles: As a teaching assistant you will work alongside the class teacher daily to; assist with planning and delivery of lessons, with the exciting possibility of leading classes, with the teacher’s assistance. Maintaining the replenishment of the classroom, to ensure a clean and positive learning environment is always offered to students. Work alongside students, to motivate and ensure understanding – adapting to student’s needs. Encourage and maintain an optimistic surrounding creating a rapport with students to sustain a supportive atmosphere, where safeguarding is priority.
