Job Description Product Services Officer - Trent 1000 Derby / Hybrid - 3 days on-site Full Time What you will be doing: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Service Officer to join the Trent 1000 Value Stream Team. The Trent 1000 powers the Boeing 787. With nearly 400 aircraft in service and over £1bn invested in our Trent durability programmes, we have a clearly defined product roadmap to drive a step change in Trent 1000 time-on-wing supported by major investment and growth in Trent 1000 MRO capacity to meet our fleet needs, with the next key milestone certification in early 2025 of a new HPT Blade which will double time-on-wing. Responsibilities: Support the integration the overall Trent 1000 fleet performance across the Trent 1000 value stream team, Aftermarket Operations and Supply chain teams. Support fleet policies, including technical removal drivers such as Time on Wing cycle limits for HPTBs and Life Limited Parts. Lead other areas of the business to understand the impact, opportunities and risks of product change strategies and policies. Support the Engine Service Team demand signal for maintenance event planning, as part of the SORB process. This includes Overhaul Base and In-Field events. Working in conjunction with Aftermarket Operations and supply chain vendors, understand and guide campaign activity, priorities, and requirements. Lead the Value Stream integration of NMSB development, ensuring policies are understood and can be suitably supported by our supply chain and customers. Why Rolls-Royce?
