The ideal Administrator should have a proven track record in customer services and administration. Excellent customer service and administration skills. Experience working with computerised systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and spoken English with a confident and professional telephone manner. Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload efficiently. Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in work environment on a short notice. We are able offer full support and training where required. The successful Administrator must be willing to attend our offices located in Cranleigh, near Guildford. The Administrator role will include: Preparation and processing and maintenance of documents and work flows. Dealing with telephone and email queries from customers and organising appointments Making suggestions for developing procedures to improve efficiency Processing of sales catalogues. Work with suppliers Maintain sales records and basic bookkeeping on Xero.
