In this role you will be accountable for end-to-end category management including sourcing and contract management across your assigned categories. These will be focused around the procurement of Digital Health Technology categories (e.g eCOA/eConsent/Sensor & Wearables). Key Responsibilities Development and Implementation of comprehensive category strategies inclusive of complex sourcing, ensuring alignment to GSK organisational objectives. Identification and evaluation of opportunities for cost savings, innovation and value creation within assigned categories. Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal agreements. Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality performance and compliance. Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and supplier landscapes Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing procurement solutions that support their objectives Facilitate regular communication and alignment between procurement and business units to ensure successful execution of category strategies. Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University Degree - Procurement, Business, Finance or relevant scientific discipline Strong understanding in Global Procurement or equivalent function Proven experience in developing and executing category strategies. Experience developing project plans, executing contracts, and leading negotiations Proven experience in analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience in stakeholder management and business partnering.
