With hundreds of years of flooring knowledge between us, o ur mission was to make buying flooring reassuringly simple for our customers – and show that it could be fun Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown massively to become the largest flooring retailer in Britain – something we’re super prou d of. Wherever you’re based – at the office, in a store or on the road - w e all work together as a team. And making our customers happy is the reason we get out of bed in the morning. Your Tapi responsibilities: Controlling all administration activities across the store. Work together with your store team to “wow” our customers at every turn. Support Store colleagues to meet and greet customers as they enter the store. Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with their order completions, as well as post-sales questions and (very rarely) escalating the odd complaint. Keeping orders on track, regularly liaising with suppliers, fitters, and estimators. Oversee the diaries of our Home Consultants, Estimators and Fitting partners. Maintain control of company cash and daily banking. Liaising with customers to keep them updated on their order (with a bit of Tapi charm thrown in). Undertake stock takes and audits on a weekly basis. Always be on the lookout for new ways to improve our store, our service, and better serve our customers.
