Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle telephone and counter-based inquiries from staff and the public.
2. Manage lost property documentation and dispatch.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Support the internal Driver team at the garage with queries.
5. Support with staff pass applications.
6. Deliver external mail to the Post Office when required.
7. Input data into internal database.
8. Research and locate information regarding public complaints.
9. Provide direct clerical support to managers, including room bookings, filing, and photocopying.
10. Order stationery and maintain office equipment.
11. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, including accident and equipment defect reporting.
12. Plan and prioritise workload independently to meet deadlines.
