Our client, a leader in engineering, is seeking a skilled Utility Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Based in West Yorkshire, with operations extending to the Manchester area, this permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting utility surveys and managing survey data
Utilising industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Enforce, and Nclear
Collaborating with a team of 30 staff members, ensuring seamless project delivery
Managing on-site activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards
Engaging in projects related to national grid, power grid, high voltage, schools, highways, and utilities
Maintaining and operating survey equipment and software
Working remotely and managing time effectively when away from home
Preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders
Job Requirements:
Experience in utility surveying
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Enforce, and Nclear software
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's licence
Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
