Overall responsibility for issuing purchase orders and operating subcontractors from the demand and sourcing stage to delivery. Stablishing purchase orders and tracking until delivery. Gathering needs and evaluating suppliers in preparation for negotiations, requests for quotes, and responsibility from the end of the negotiation stage until the completion of the contract with the supplier. Responsibility for ongoing procurement operations with all relevant parties: suppliers, internal customers, and interfaces. Handling and promoting proactive departmental tasks or intra-organizational requirements. Handling defective products (MRB). Understanding the internal customer's need, defining a budget framework, suggesting alternatives, and assisting in choosing the optimal solution. Identify opportunities for proactive effective and streamlining processes. Analysis of market trends to identify potential suppliers and alternatives. Managing relationships with suppliers (local and foreign). Leading cost reduction projects. Negotiating commercial contracts and engagements Practical Engineer / Industrial and Management Engineer / Relevant bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3-5 years of commercial procurement experience in a similar Assertiveness and commercial negotiation abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation. High mastery of Excel. Experience with SAP – Advantage. Experience with mechanics, electronics, and machining – an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work with multiple interfaces. Service awareness and high learning ability.
