About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional Administrator to join our small Administration Team in supporting our Project and Management Teams. Working directly for the Office Manager, the main duties of the role include:
* Meet and greet visitors to the offices and take incoming calls
* Sort incoming mail and action/distribute as required
* Process paint orders for the Company and order hired tools and plant
* Answer queries regarding orders from suppliers
* Produce O&M’s for completed projects
* Sign off invoices against orders placed and resolve queries directly with suppliers
* File all orders
* Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth running of the department
Key Skills Required
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent office experience
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure
* Attention to detail and accuracy in administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills
Applicants should have enthusiasm for working in Administration, preferably with experience in the Construction Industry.
