Description Bring you expertise in quality assurance and join us in Market Sales and Trading in JPMorgan As a Control Management Associate, you will be responsible for designing and performing Quality Assurance on selected processes within Markets Sales & Trading. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in providing quality assurance to senior stakeholders for important programs of work for the Markets businesses. You will contribute to defining the scope for QA, and present the scope for approval from the QA approver. You will be responsible for the creation of test scripts and task lists, oversight and mentoring of our offshore colleagues who will execute the tests, interviewing colleagues at all levels as part of QA scripts, completing analysis of results and create presentations of results for senior forums. You will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking findings through to resolution. This role provides opportunities to work with stakeholders across functions and at all levels throughout the organisation and will provide the opportunity to present at senior forums as delegate for the QA Program Owner. Job responsibilities reviews on a quarterly basis the QA program scope and updates test scripts and /or other relevant documentation for QA Program Approver approval and then socializes with all interested parties through various meetings, forums. be responsible to create timelines and task-lists for the offshore QA team. acts as oversight contact for the offshore QA team who will perform QA and be the escalation contact for any unexpected delays, issues which could hamper timelines or quality of the QA process. be responsible for the escalation of any issues to the QA program owner. conducts interviews with various parties at all levels during the QA cycle following pre-designed questions. conducts analysis of all results from the offshore team and in conjunction with the QA Program Owner create a findings report with suggested actions. creates presentations of results for different audiences and have the opportunity to present to various stakeholders across functions. controls the restricted SharePoint access and conducts regular reviews to ensure any inappropriate access is removed. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) required and data analytics preferred using Excel, Access Markets Trading and Sales Business knowledge - ability to understand the business / knowledge of regulation surrounding business Communication/presentation - excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence business leaders in a meaningful and actionable manner Networking – exceptional interpersonal skills; exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills Work autonomously to affect change - flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; manages competing priorities to achieve the most effective result and able to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment Decision Making/Judgement - moderate level of independent decision-making using sound judgement Problem solving / Analytical skills - solid critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills; able to synthesize large amounts of data and formulate appropriate conclusions Implementation skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Previous QA experience desirable
