Join Our Team as a Document Controller
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our dynamic team at our Tilbury Grinding Station. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organising company documents while ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient project management and compliance within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and log incoming information and transmittals from 3rd parties.
2. File, print and distribute information within transmittals to relevant parties.
3. Manage Project data (shared drives, web-based platforms and hard copy documents).
4. Collate and collect outgoing information from Project and prepare transmittals for issue to 3rd parties.
5. Manage Project document registers and Project tracking systems.
6. Attendance at Project control meetings as required.
7. Review and validation of project schedule updates and project reports for multiple contracts.
8. Commercial support to Project Manager and Lead Quantity Surveyor.
9. Provide general administrative service to Project Team as necessary.
10. The successful candidate will be required to apply a proactive and flexible approach to all duties.

Candidate Profile
1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
2. Proven communication skills that facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and levels.
3. Experience with document management systems and a good understanding of documentation workflows.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Previous experience in a document control role is advantageous.
6. Experience of using and inputting into IT systems.
