Arden White are working with a leading manufacturing company within the Aerospace industry and are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join their team As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety throughout our operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and processes that adhere to industry regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and service to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. You will also be responsible for auditing quality processes, conducting risk assessments, and developing training programs for staff to ensure proper execution of quality protocols. Responsibilities Develop and implement quality management systems in compliance with industry standards. Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in quality processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities and audits. Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees on quality practices and policies. Perform risk assessments and ensure that processes comply with safety regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role within the Airlines/Aviation industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control methodologies. Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO) is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
