As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 (GCSE & A-Level). Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5. Differentiate your teaching methods to cater for a diverse range of abilities and learning styles. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and academic curiosity. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience. Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and achievement. Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Person Specification: A relevant degree (e.g., Mathematics, Mathematics Education) or equivalent qualification. A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent). A passion for mathematics and the ability to inspire and engage students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
