This is an excellent opportunity to put your stamp on an outstanding agency brand. This office is one of four within the brand, with other offices based across East London and surrounding areas.
The role of an estate agent is to familiarize yourself with an existing database, build relationships, and generate new business through valuation leads, viewings, negotiating offers, and canvassing.
The company is renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels, and professional presence within East London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
Working for an independent brand gives you the time to develop your skills, with help from peers within the business.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £22,000 with achievable on-target earnings in the first year of £40,000. A full driver's license and car are required for this position. The working pattern is five-day working weeks, working every Saturday with a day off during the week.
