Are you a Service Manager or similar looking for an autonomous leadership role where you will be the go-to point of technical support for both customers and service engineers within a market leading machining company who offer the chance to make your mark on the department and a bonus to increase your earnings?
This company is a market leader in machine tools manufacture and distribution having been established since the 1970s, they have a major presence in the UK and Ireland working with a range of blue-chip Manufacturing companies and due to internal restructuring are looking for a new Service Manager.
This role will see your responsibilities split between overseeing technical support for customers and organising service engineers' workload across the UK. You will have line management responsibilities over a helpdesk and service engineering team of 36, in addition to liaising with customers and members of the senior leadership team.
This role would suit a Service Manager or similar looking for a specialist and technical role within a leading Machining company who offer a company vehicle and a generous bonus to increase your earnings.
The Role:
1. Oversee technical helpdesk and service engineers teams - 36 total
2. Provide customer support and organise teams' workload
3. Liaising with other departments and senior leadership team
The Person:
1. Service Manager or similar
2. Engineering or similar background
3. Commutable to Leamington Spa
