Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker.
This role will be based in the community supporting our Client who is an adult who has Motor Neurone Disease and complex health needs requiring high level of care and support at home.
Are you an experienced Support Worker who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact in our Client's life? If yes, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Full time or 0-Hour contractual basis.
You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with:
1. Cerebral Palsy
2. Learning Disabilities
3. Medication Management
This is a 1-1 package of care during day

Main Duties
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers who have experience working with people with Cerebral Palsy and who are able to provide home care.
You must have/be:
4. A car driver with access to a car.
5. 1 years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker working with people with Cerebral Palsy & Learning Disabilities.
6. Flexibility, maturity, independence and the very highest professional standards
7. Commitment to delivering client specific care
8. Adaptable approach to support client and family members
9. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting

This role will be based in the community supporting clients who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

We are looking for Support Workers who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:
10. Ventilation management
11. Oral suctioning
12. Medications

Required Skills/Qualifications:
13. 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
14. NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
15. NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
16. Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
17. Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
