As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will be
9. Responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs.
10. Leading plans for children with disabilities and complex needs
11. You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of plans within multi-agency meetings relating to the assessed complex needs of children, young people, and their families.
12. Developing effective working partnerships is key with those within their families, carers, and significant others
As a Social Worker you are required to:
13. Hold a Social Work England registration
14. Be eligible to work in the UK
15. Hold a full UK licence
16. Post-qualified experience
17. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
