We are delighted to be supporting a successful global business in helping them find a new People Co-ordinator to join the team for a 12 month fixed term contract. With their UK head office based in the heart of Cardiff, you will be joining a busy, dedicated, and evolving team.
As the People Co-ordinator, you will be part of a proactive team in helping to support the HR service to the wider UK workforce. The role will encompass wide-ranging HR support duties with a focus on using HR systems, HR Administration, data analysis, and ad-hoc HR projects (e.g. research tasks, salary benchmarking), as well as involvement with the wellbeing agenda.

The person specification
Our client is looking for someone who has experience working in a HR department or has gained a HR related degree and is ready to put their knowledge into practice. As well as:

* Strong digital skills with an eye for detail
* Effective communication skills at all levels
Salary & Benefits
* Salary on offer: £26,000 - £29,000 pa - depending on experience
* Hybrid working – 3 days office and 2 days WFH with flexibility – Cardiff city centre office
* 29 days A/L including bank holidays
