I am seeking an all-round administrator to join a global agrichemical business and be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for a temporary role, working 4-5 days a week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective PA, secretarial, and administrative services.
2. Schedule appointments, compose memos, transcribe notes, and create presentations.
3. Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and manage invoices and expense reports.
4. Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
5. Arrange and support meetings and events.
6. Maintain general tidiness and facilities within office conference rooms.
7. Support the manufacturing plants with administrative tasks.
8. Arrange large events and business meetings, including booking venues, transport, and catering.
9. Liaise with senior stakeholders, site personnel, and external agencies.
10. Keep accurate records of site vehicles and raise purchase orders for supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint, especially Outlook.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
3. Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Customer-focused and flexible to changing needs.
5. GCSE English or equivalent, with good keyboard skills.
