Service Co-ordinator required for a communications provider in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and good attention to detail, similar industry experience is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will live within a commutable distance of Newcastle and be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
Service Co-ordinator Job Overview
Promote the company's services and to control service requests from customers professionally and quickly in order to meet customer's expectations.
Ensure that customers and other parties e.g., Ships agents and engineers are kept actively informed regarding all service interventions and follow ups
Administrative support and back up to Technical Service Coordination Manager and other areas as required, maintaining commercial control
Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders and invoices for service accurately and quickly, chasing third parties where necessary.
Arrange service visits by in house engineers and third-party engineers, and liaising with all parties, in order to provide an effective service support
Service Co-ordinator Job Requirements
Service Co-ordinating, administration or data entry experience
Similar industry experience is preferred but not essential
Commutable distance of Newcastle office (fully on site role)
Able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
