What will you do?
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our client's mission to provide exceptional service to thousands of customers. Every day, you'll help ensure the well-being of vulnerable individuals across the UK through the OKEachDay Service. By speaking directly to customers, you'll confirm their safety, offer assistance with repairs, and communicate with housing officers and family members.
