About the Role:
My client, a well-established firm of chartered accountants in Lincoln, seeks an experienced Client Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will provide expert accounting services to clients across various sectors, including start-ups, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, property landlords, contractors, freelancers, and individual taxpayers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client meetings to engage with potential new clients and support existing ones
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
* Manage client portfolios efficiently, including pre-year-end meetings, annual accounts preparation, tax returns, and HMRC liaison
* Prepare self-assessment tax returns, HMRC Let Property Campaign, and 60-day CGT returns
* Perform bookkeeping, VAT returns, CIS, and payroll services for assigned clients

Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
* At least 3 years' experience working in an accountancy practice
* Up-to-date tax knowledge
* Familiarity with accounting software (TaxCalc, Xero, Quickbooks, Dext)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Efficient organisation and time management skills

Compensation and Benefits:
* £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* 24 days annual leave + birthday off
* Early finish on Fridays
