Job Title: Driver (Security Officer)

As a Mobile Response Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' premises.
This dynamic role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to alarm activations, assisting with guard movements, and carrying out scheduled lock-ups and unlocks of buildings.
You will operate independently while adhering to established protocols and maintaining clear communication with the control room and on-site personnel.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conduct planned routine patrols of client premises to deter and detect security breaches.
• Perform scheduled lock-ups and unlocks of buildings, ensuring premises are secure.
• Attend and respond to unplanned alarm activations in a timely and professional manner.
• Support and facilitate the movement of static security guards across sites as required.
• Deliver security equipment to sites and assist with equipment setup when necessary.
• Complete accurate, detailed reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
• Maintain communication with the control room and follow instructions during incidents.
• Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with road traffic laws.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (or relevant local equivalent).
• Previous experience in a security or mobile response role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good written skills for report writing and documentation.
• Clear criminal record and satisfactory employment references.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanour in high-pressure situations.
