In this role with the UK's No1 car park management provider, you'll be responsible for managing a high-profile client with sites spanning over 100 locations throughout Northern Ireland. You will be managing all car park management solutions across multiple sites in N.I. This is a fast-paced role where no two days will be the same. You will visit sites and be the first point of contact for the client. You will be dealing with a diverse range of queries, customer service issues, and technical issues and be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to the client.
