Lichfield Arts is looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to support the delivery of our projects and events. This is a freelance role on a six-month contract, offering 8 flexible hours per week, based in our central Lichfield office. The Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of Lichfield Arts. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a passionate team and contribute to the smooth running of our office, events and projects. A freelance, six months contract, for 8 hours per week at £12.21 per hour. Key Responsibilities: To provide efficient, effective administrative support to the Lichfield Arts Operations Team. Assisting with event organisation. Be a first point of contact for enquiries and correspondence as appropriate. Undertake basic research, information & data gathering to support project development and relationship management. Printing and organising documents, ensuring that materials are readily accessible for reference and distribution. Issuing of post event feedback surveys to audience, artists and volunteers, collating feed-back in readiness for evaluation. Support with impact reporting i.e. data tracking, reports for operations team. Production of documents using simple online graphic design tools such as Canva. About You: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with spreadsheets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. A passion for the arts and community engagement is desirable.
