Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate technicians’ daily tasks, including repair and service jobs. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing by managing completed work orders. Collaborate with the service team to monitor systems and proactively plan servicing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries promptly and professionally. Manage internal preparation forms and allocate appropriate time allowances for each job.Experience Needed: Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner are essential. Knowledge of agricultural machinery or the automotive industry is required. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Punctual and reliable with excellent time-management skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
