Assist in routine health checks and monitoring chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). Support vaccination clinics, including flu. Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring equipment is clean and well-stocked. Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and removal of sutures under supervision. Provide lifestyle advice to patients on smoking cessation, weight management, and physical activity. Administrative Duties: Accurately record patient information on EMIS clinical system. Ensure compliance with practice protocols, policies, and infection control standards. Assist in coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups. Support clinicians in gathering data for audits or quality improvement initiatives. Patient Support: Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and professional service to all patients. Offer guidance and reassurance during procedures or assessments. Ensure patients dignity, privacy, and confidentiality are respected at all times.
